Most cities and towns in Canada have a Chambers of Commerce office, it's a
tourist info type center and it lists all business in town etc.  If you
become a member of their group in your town for a fee (75$ per year here in
Grand Forks BC) then you can ask them who the representative is for that
community and the rep will get together with you to devise a package.  It
would be tailored to your needs.  Life, Disability, Critical Illness
Insurances, as well as Dental, Prescriptions, Vision Care, Travel Insurance
etc.  They have very reasonable rates and I myself have their benefit
package.

They are great for small business, as they cover groups with 1 or more
employees with the owner being one...  The web site and the 1-800 # are
excellent sources of info because they will also get you in touch with the
rep closest to you.
