Two Good Fiction Markets for Clips not pay.

 

While these two markets do not pay money, you can mention a publication there as a ‘clip’ in your next cover letter:  My story, Two Moons, appeared in March 09 in the Long Story Short eZine.  If you haven’t sold that story yet, try it at Long Story Short (where they comment on every submission) or Beginnings, a magazine for beginning writers.
